Competent and attentive service Nobody enjoys going in for car repair. But I showed up without an appointment for a critical problem and was serviced professionally and kindly by all involved. Very well done.

Excellent service. I have always gone to Madison for any of my BMW needs. Very happy I made the switch to Milwaukee. Only difference is Madison finishes with a car wash.

Great service even for simple tire change Service is always good here. Went in for flat tire and they shuttled me to work and back without any wait. Took care of warranty issues and had me back on the road quickly. And everyone was friendly!

Service Excellent customer service from the entire staff during a recent repair at the dealership. Kept me informed as to the status of the work and offered loaner to go have lunch while I waited. Mike, Lisa and everyone else I met could not have been nicer. I drive an extra 30 minutes just to use this dealership for service. It is well worth it.

First NEW BMW! I was bitten by the BMW bug about 3 years ago when I bought my first one, a used BMW 135. When the M2’s launched I fell in love with Long Beach Blue.
