A different car buying experience Bought a new car from BMW of Milwaukee North and had a very pleasant experience from first contact to delivery at the dealership. They were fairdealing, transparent and even suggested I take advantage of a new car discount from my insurance company that I didn't know was available. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
Great experience Great experience with service department. Gave me a great loaner car while my other one received repairs. I will use them again for future repairs.
First time BMW buyer. Make sure to research upfront the cost for maintenace be fore deciding on purchase. Was caught off guard on backend of deal. Otherwise, the dealership were a pleasure to work with.
Service work The service was done quickly and when there was an issue, they provided a complimentary loaner vehicle. Recall work was done and there was only a delay as result of that work.
Very efficient and great staff. Great team. Very friendly. Jordan was my service representative and I was well informed throughout the whole service process. Even the shuttle to the mall was a bonus.
