"Very pleasant!" Joe is great! He got me in right away and I was very comfortable while waiting in the waiting area. Bergland takes care of its costumers providing water, coffee, snacks, TV, etc. Very friendly and good service.
"Excellent! Randy Mills does such a fine job." I always feel confident that my questions and concerns will be answered and taken care of when I turn my car over to Randy Mills and Berglund Motors for servicing my BMW.
"Service 5k" Did not put my service sticker on the windshield as a reminder of next service time plus my service manual is never updated. Never taken out of the glove compartment.
