"Great personal service!" I was impressed with the short wait when I arrived for service on my 2014 ML350. Joe thoroughly explained what the service included, and the final bill was almost exactly what Joe had previously quoted me. In addition to providing me a convenient loaner vehicle, Joe had my vehicle washed and vacuumed. I was pleasantly surprised.
"Trade in " David was ready for me when I arrived. He explained everytging to me in a timely manner. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and took care of all tge details.

"BMW New Tires" Randy assisted me in replacing the tires on my BMW X5. He was able to provide replacement tires at a competitive price. The tires were ordered and ready to be installed on my scheduled appointment. They also took care of the annual service and state inspection while the vehicle was at the dealership. Randy even reserved a loaner vehicle for use while his service team was taking care of my vehicle.
