"MB service center is worthy of referrals." I have only had good experiences with this current MB service team. I am appreciative of such experiences and pray that it remains the same if not better.
"Great service in analyzing problem " Berglund received the vehicle at a busy time before the holidays, yet took it in to work it into their work schedule, giving me a loaner car in the interim. Joe Carmada, the service manager went beyond normal service and had technician Ron Brown come out and explain to me the nature of the issue with the vehicle in terms I could understand.

"Oil change services " My appointment was set up online which was used friendly. Upon entering the service area my wait time was minimal. The service technician was very courteous and professional. He also gave good advice on other services offered at Lynchburg BMW.

"Amazing Client Care" 5 stars is not enough to describe the experience. As a family we have purchased over 50 cars in the past decade. Never had a better experience. Stephen Plunkett and Tiffanie McGregor were simply amazing along the entire journey from selection, ordering, very fair pricing and delivery. White Glove the entire way. Congrats to the entire team for a job well done.
"Quck, Fast, and Excellent" Typically outstanding service from Joe Camarda and Berglund Auto. Service performed within a two hours period. One gets the impression you are appreciated by Joe and the service department.
