"Review " Great service everytime! The entire service department always goes above and beyond with not just me but with every customer. I have always and will only get my vehicle serviced there.

"Great customer service " My sales associate, Rey Gonzalez, met me on his day off to show me a vehicle I had called about earlier in the week. Rey was very helpful while never being pushy. When I arrived to pick up the car I noticed a small issue I had not seen before. Although the deal had been finalized with nothing on the "we owe" sheet, Berglund agreed to fix the problem at no cost to me, and loaned me a beautiful vehicle for my use until mine was ready. "Superior Service" Joe Camarda always takes great care of me. He is the reason I always come back Pull my service records and you’ll see how serious I am.
"Service Visit" Excellent service, on schedule and very courteous. The job was done when we set up the appointment and the amenities in the waiting area were great.
"Yearly Inspection and Service " Prompt service, friendly and communicated with me recommended parts needed with price. . Great Customer Service! The amenities in the waiting area are nice and the bathroom was clean.
"I needed a state vehicle inspection" A service member met me when I entered the service department and I explained I needed an inspection. He took my car to the service area and had the inspection done and the car returned to me in 20 minutes. I have confidence in this service dept, when I have had a problem with my car they have always fixed it the first time, never had to bring it back.
"The car was just in for state inspection." I brought the car in for a state inspection and was told it would take just about an hour, and it was.there was nothing that needed to be corrected, but Randy did point out that there are a few service items that are coming up soon.
"Excellent " Very accommodating and comfortable waiting area. Time of service was as explained. Service and parts peopke were very helpful and friendly. Pleasant overall experience. All of my questions were answered.
