This dealership is a joke. Leased my 4 series with them 19000 miles ago, just got the car inspected in February and then I notice that the tires on the front of my car are bald on the outside sidewall. I brought it in to show them that something was clearly wrong because the tires shouldn't wear perfectly even on the sidewalls like that and asked why nobody noticed this during the inspection and was told that there was nothing they could do....blah blah blah 400 something dollars for 2 tires and 189 for an Alignment....would... read more

Dishonest and or negligent has been my recent experience . Let me begin by saying I have spent countless hours trying to resolve my issue both in person and over the phone. it has been a complete and utter waste of time. I purchased a CPO car that was a returned lease. I was assured with the utmost certainty the car had been rigorously inspected and signed a clean carfax. Stay Away!! Stickers, pricing & specs do not match. Not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Came in all the way from NYC and after spending nearly 2.5 hours at the dealership (5.5 hours overall from NYC and back) when we narrowed down on the car, which had a huge sticker on windscreen and both front and back plates which said Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), we were told it is NOT CPO. Signed a BOS with a monthly payment & cash down only for them to tell me that it was a mistake that they would not honor. They did very little to try to remedy the situation and I did not buy the car from them. As I said, I have a signed BOS and they would not honor it because it was a "mistake". Take your business somewhere else! I highly recommend going to NJ or Hudson Valley BMW for a better experience.

Do not buy a pre certified car at this place, I got ripped off, the car fax show it has no accident, so I bought it (2011 528I) from these guys considering that the pre certified car goes through all inspections (what these guys claim). After an year I found this car had a accident rear end, and had a rust under the trunk mats. I tried to call these guys and they said its not our problem now. Last 5 times I made a service appointment I was refused a BMW loaner. I was sent to Hertz for a loaner. My money was ok but my BMW was too old to qualify for a BMW loaner. Any other BMW dealer treats you different. True story.
