My friend had a horrible experience and they did absolutely NOTHING to correct it! After several attempts and contacting BMW still nothing! Stay away from this dealership and take your business elsewhere! They don’t care about you or your car after you sign the dotted line... But it’s ok we posted this on our Union website and we 30,000 strong across NY and this will cost this Dealership and BMW a lot of money... Truly hope it was worth it OC BMW ...
Stay away from bmw. We leased a 2016 bmw 525 and decided to lease again a bmw 2019 530. We were sent a bill for 300 for wear and tear after going over car with dealership and explaining that I did not want surprise charges. We were reassured we would not. Now we are threatened with collections and no way out of the lease. We pay our bills and have excellent credit so we have choices. But will never recommend leasing or buying a bmw to anyone.
