Moved out of NY area last year and drove 5 hours to trade in our 3 series, originally purchased from OCBMW. Thats how good they are! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love Mark, Sami and our new X1!

I had purchased a previous BMW from a different dealer in NJ. It was a nightmare. I went to Maddy at Orange County BMW and traded that vehicle in. I purchased an X4 from her. I can't tell you the difference in how they conduct business. Maddy was awesome . I would go back to her in a heart beat. I also had to deal with Service and Nick the service advisor was wonderful. It renewed my faith in BMW and will continue to only deal with Orange County BMW in Harriman!!!

We bought our BMW from Tim who is professional & easy to work with. The best experience was the opportunity today to attend genius desk ( not sure of exact name sorry ) Cat went over the car's complex computer system. Cat was an amazing teacher who intuitively picked up on how I learn...making it an even better experience . I was able to walk away after 30 minutes with increased comfort and understanding. She is a fabulous trainer & great asset to Orange BMW

This is my second time getting a car from them and I would never go anywhere else. Every single person who works there is super friendly, knowledgable and makes you feel like family, even in the service department. They truly care about their customers.
