Made an appointment for April 28th for our 2009 535i because when I was changing the spark plugs I noticed they were completely covered in oil. The day after dropping off car I received a call from Chris in the service department stating that the oil pan drain plug was stripped and needed to replace the oil pan. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN My X3 stopped suddenly on a busy Hutchinson River Parkway in New York at about 6:25pm yesterday. My children and I waited for about 10 minutes, and then tried to restarted but to no avail. I called my dealership, BMW of Orange County, but they could not provide me with the number to call. I found the number and called Roadside Assistance, who advised that I was on a restricted road and need to be towed by an authorized tow company to an unrestricted area, from where a dealer's tow truck can tow my car ... read more
These people are liars They leased me an X5 and were supposed to register it with commercial plates. when i picked it up they told me that i would need to do that after receiving the registration from DMV . I tried as soon as i got the paperwork only to find out BMW does not allow Commercial registrations on their leased vehicles. I need the car for work and it is necessary to have commercial plates. Annoyed dropped my vehicle for service at 10am it still has not even been touched and it is now 5pm. Use to have a Honda, and they would've already seen my old vehicle already, and there was no loaner to be given out to me either so careless until they decided to touch my car.
My family and I walked into the dealership and a guy with blonde hair seems to be a manager or something was screaming at an employee in the show room about finding him a car key. This is not a professional way to talk to one of his employees and I felt so bad for the young lady, I could not concentrate with our sales person since his attitude was really bad.

Don't bother with them they don't need your business was there over 15 minutes looking at vehicles in showroom went out side to look at new x5 went back into the showroom and not one person asked if I needed help left after 20 minutes oh well back to prestige bmw were they appreciate your business

unprofessional.......Todd from sales has the customer service of a used car salesman. Wide World BMW is worth the trip.
Started relationship with OCBMW with an X3 sport. It was just ok. Love Nav & phone systems as opposed to Infiniti . Horrible ride though. 535xi great vehicle. In the last few weeks. Serviced 535xi 3 times. New battery , tune up, among other things on their list of repairs. Approx 2500. Service a few days ago 2500. Next morn after pickup Check Engine light. Returned this morn. Trying to bend us over for another 5000. And the nerve to ask for 90. for diagnostics after you screwed up the initial repair.
