Global Imports BMW 535i service Excellent service experience. Service Techs seem quite competent and addressed my concerns overall. (Disappointed with the drop-off and length of time to pick-up. External wash was ok, wheels marginally washed, but no internal vac.; car there for over 24 hrs..) Service advisor, Raphael, approachable, knowledgable and thorough. Great business atmosphere!
