Global Imports My experience with Global Imports has always been outstanding. I have been a customer for 16 years and five different cars. I recently had an appointment for maintenance on one of our vehicles. My maintenance contact, Lionel Ledlum, was right on top of things -clearly explaining what was required and getting me finished well ahead of time.

Smooth service I had a smash of a rock on my widshield and called from South Carolina to global imports. I felt like Royalty! This is my 6th BMW and the last 4 I have purchased from this dealership. The manager is absolutely The Best! My sales person was fabulous! I was absolutely treated like royalty. I felt that everyone there was genuinely interested in making this a wonderful experience and they did! I would highly recommend Global Imports. Quality Service at its BEST! First time owning a BMW and first time visiting the Service Crew. The Service entry is a dream! you are greeted by your name being displayed on the screen and most importantly about all this is that Mathew ( i do not recall his last name but he's the slim one with shaved head ) has exceptional customer service skills. I felt like I've known him forever. He is the reason I would come back to service my 328i again. Good job guys!
