BMW Service Andrew in service went above and beyond to help me out!
The backup Service Rep did a nice job. My former service rep has been promoted and I had been testing the waters on a new service rep. The experience was somewhat mixed but still adequate. This last service visit I ended up with a 'backup' rep as mine was busy. The backup rep did a very nice job in checking my car in, verifying what needed to be done, getting it scheduled so I could wait for the car and then notifying me as soon as it was ready. Great buying experience at Global Imports BMW I recently was involved in an accident that totaled out my 2013 BMW 328i. I had bought that car from Global initially and was pleased with the experience. I really enjoyed that car and hated to lose it. Needless to say, I needed to replace it rather quickly. Great service. I had to purchase two new tires. The service visit was unscheduled. One of my rear tires was punctured near the edge of the tread by a large bolt, and another had a nail in the middle of the tread. Fortunately, I have run flat tires on the vehicle, so I was able to drive to the dealership for the service. My service representative was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
