Absolutely fantastic experience Everything about my purchase was top notch. Browsed their online catalog until I found what I wanted. Contacted salesman Jonathan Lankford (awesome guy, btw) and told him what I was interested in and he immediately got the ball rolling. We worked out a few details and a few hours later I was sitting in the showroom filling out paperwork. It could not have gone easier. Absolutely beautiful showroom which is nice but the people are what makes the business and these folks have it going on.
Excellent Service Advisor I took my 2003 M3 in for service last Thursday to have the air conditioning repaired. The car is a 6-speed manual with 75K miles, and I was also a little concerned about the condition of the clutch. My Service Advisor was Andrew Warner. He noticed right away that the fan was not moving air, so it was hard to tell if the AC itself had failed. He had arranged a loaner BMW, so I left the car there for repairs.
