I was looking for an all wheel drive car for the bad winters we have in Erie County. The process of getting a vehicle was quick and easy. We were able to test drive and take our car home in just a few hours. very friendly and helpful staff.
My experience at New Motors was very nice. My mother has gotten cars from there in the past and always had a great experience so I figured I would give it a shot. I walked in the doors and Kyle was immediately greeting myself and my dad. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the inventory and specific vehicles themselves. I will definitely recommend Kyle as well as New Motors.
Kyle McIntyre was very good at explaining and demonstrating features of the Forester. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience and would buy with them again.
On a scale of 10, I would rate the experience a 12...I would not hesitate recommending the dealership to anyone to buy a vehicle or to have one serviced...
Car purchase was hassle free, dealt with Steve Quinn and had a very good experience. Sticker price was below KBB so no argument to be had.
