My husband and I went to New Motors looking to purchase our first new car together. We are happy with New Motors and Steve Dilion in our purchase of a new Subaru. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Steve Dillon answered all questions and explained the options for a purchase verses a lease. We drove in from Jamestown the next day to pickup the car and Steve stayed after his regular working hours to go over the accessories and functions to our satisfaction.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Subaru. Dealing with New Motors was a great experience. Our initial electronic communications with the dealership through Bobbi Bryan were very helpful. Our salesperson, Mike Francis, was extremely informative, attentive, and personable. Allen Yingling made the usually long and stressful finance conversation quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.

I'm not always anxious to car shop, but this was a fairly painless experience. Dan was very nice and respectful. I bought an as is wholesale car so not as much room to negotiate as I would've liked. Car needed a bit more work than I expected but that's the chance you take. Overall good experience and quick paperwork kept things rolling.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob Masi on an order for a BMW 4 series. He was very thoughtful and thorough in helping me to decide on the best options for selection. Bob is a BMW enthusiast and his knowledge of the cars made me feel like I was making the most prudent decisions. Bob also kept me informed as to its order, transit and likely arrival dates. This was my first new car purchase with New Motors. The entire process was seamless from initial order through final paperwork with Nicole DiTullio.
