I am beyond impressed with the entire experience I had purchasing my 2010 Honda Accord at New Motors, with Jeff Waid as my sales person. Every challenge that I thought would keep me from getting the car I wanted was no problem for Jeff and the team at New Motors. This was my second BMW from New Motors. They were able to help me get in to a new lease two months early. They even helped me with some of the expenses at the end of lease. Steve and the staff there will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. I love BMW, and they provide an atmosphere that is laid back and straight forward to make purchasing your BMW as exhilarating and smooth as it should be! I will be back!

I was planning a big move from Erie to Denver and had just purchased a new car... not even a week after having the car I was in a bad accident that ultimately left me without a car. Steve and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. I was very pleased with the entire process from the moment I walked through the doors until the moment I drove off the lot in my new 2016 Subaru Outback!

We have bought 3 cars over the years from New Motors and also brought a new customer in who also bought a car from them. Both of us are very happy with our purchases and would recommend this dealer highly for good pricing, good salespeople and good service. Your salesman Andrew Bargielski was very helpful with all my questions relating to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. My wife and I stopped by New Motors while visiting Erie from out of town. We had had a poor experience with another (out of state) dealership while looking at X3s. Our discussions with Steve Quinn were very informative - he is probably the most knowledgeable (and straightforward) BMW sales person we have met.
