I loved my experience!!! previously bought a new car at a different dealer & sold the car because I was unhappy with it and decided to buy a Subaru instead....and I LOVE MY CAR and the whole process at New Motors was so easy and pain free :)
Keith was awesome, very easy to work with he helped me find a Sedona with all the features I wanted in my price range. If it was not for him I would have gone to the dealer my friend recommended in Meadville. Very nice to deal with we will be back.
Damien was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions about the Subaru Crosstrek and did not pressure me. As we left the dealership after completing the purchase, my husband said "that was the easiest vehicle we ever bought". I am excited about owning a Subaru and everyone who owns one says they will purchase another. I look forward to working with everyone at this dealership in the future. I was forced in this survey to select a brand, but the only option was Kia. I bought a Subaru!

We are extremely happy with the way we were treated at New Motors. Phil has been wonderful to work with. I absolutely love my new Legacy. The white with cream interior is very classy. I love the leather heated seats. Our daughter purchased a Legacy a few months ago and that definitely influenced our decision. All features of our car were explained to us in detail. We drove the car off the lot and felt very comfortable.
We had inquired about the possible purchase of a new Subaru Forester but were unsure of whether we would be able to work out a satisfactory trade with our old vehicle. Mike Francis made every effort to accommodate us, going as far as to offer to come to the dealership on his day off to meet us. New Motors was an exceptional place to do business. My salesman Darren had great knowledge of the product he sells. He was very pleasant, professional, and low keyed, not pushy at all. I highly recommend doing business with New Motors.
I had an excellent overall experience at New Motors. The staff excelled at trying to help me find the right vehicle for me, allowing me to test drive vehicles, and answering all of my questions completely and honestly.
