We were getting a vehicle leased for our corporate office and working through the local and out of town offices. Sean had to deal with two offices calling him constantly, but he was always very polite, friendly, helpful and most of all - patient!! We truly appreciate his efforts to complete this tranaction in the manner and time that was required.
Excellent sales representative (Darren Lecorchick) Extremely clean buildings and showroom. Outstanding repair service (I had my BMW serviced here). Fair pricing and wonderful customer service. No pressure to purchase right away. (you know the techniques) New Motors is, in my opinion, one of the top dealerships in Erie.
I found that visiting New Motors was a very positive experience. The friendliness of the employees was wonderful. I,d especially like to commend Andrew Vollant for his knowledge of the Kia product and his speed to get back to me for the questions we had about the Sorento.

I have bought three cars from New Motors. A brand new Forrester in 2004, A used 2004 Focus in 2010, and a new Crosstrek today. I've received courteous and fast response from the Parts and the Service Departments when I've needed them. The Sales Department has gone out of their way to answer my questions and fill my needs. I believe my 2014 Crosstrek will be as trouble free as my 2004 Forrester. I will recommend New Motors to my friends. Clark Bullers 05/22/2013
This is our second vehicle from New Motors Kia. We have worked with a different salesman each time and both were very friendly and helpful. We have only used the service department for scheduled maintenance.. Scheduling appointment is easy and they have always got us back out in a timely manner. .
I was pleased with the sale from the 1st moment I stepped on the lot to the end when I drove away in my new Kia Soul. Seth Murphy explained everything thoroughly and we completed the sale within hours. I wouldn't think of giving this dealer and the people who work there any less than 5 stars.
He spent a lot of time with me to help me acquire my car. He knew what I was looking for and found it for me!
Steve was great he found us the BMW X3 we were looking for at a price we could not pass up. He was knowledgable and honest. Great service.
