The dealership has a beautiful showroom. The inventory was huge. Stephen was very helpful with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Steve is the best and very handsome.

Carol found the exact car we were hoping to purchase very quickly. The sales process went very smoothly. We had good communication to keep us up to date on when the car would be arriving. Once it arrived we were able to pick up the car at our convenience.

I could not have asked for a better experience when buying/leasing my first vehicle. Mindy was just great! very sociable, and informative. It was very nice to have someone listen to what i wanted rather than do what needed to be done to meet a quota. Mindy took the time to run different numbers to get me as close to the monthly payment I felt comfortable with. The general manager did my financing and got me the best deal possible. There is nothing that could have been done to make my experience better.

The salespeople were very knowledgeable and friendly. Nate respected my time, did not rush me, humored my thoroughness (on test drive an in general), and overall made the car buying experience very pleasant. On the transactional side, Allen was very friendly, explained all of the paperwork well, and was very easy to work with. I have the feeling that the staff at New Motors is genuinely interested in making sure my experience as a customer goes well and that they want to maintain me as a customer.

The experience of buying my new first car went extremely smoothly. I was very comfortable working with Shane Harney. He is calm, patient, and knowledgable. He really took time to show me everything on the car and to be sure I understood it. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Our salesperson, Andrew Vollant, was low-key. Had this been a high pressure experience, we would probably have walked away, not only to another dealer, but possibly to another manufacturer. We trust that this, customer-oreinted, polite attitude will extend into our service dealings with the dealership. Quality of work was marked as N/A since this dealing was to purchase a new car, thus no work was performed. I am gratified that Subaru surveys customers like this, and - so far - the car is just fabuluous. Kudos!

We returned to Carol Bianchi at New Motors because we enjoyed dealing with her on two previous car purchases. We were greeted at the door immediately. We asked for Carol and was courteously taken right to her. Our buying experience was as great as we expected. We were told all about the car and were shown the service department. the fact that I have returned to New Motors, Erie, PA for a second purchase of a three-series BMW speaks for itself. We were made to feel welcome at all times without being "bugged". All questions are well answered and the procedures go smoothly. They make car buying a good experience all the way around, including the service department. Also, the facility is squeaky clean inside and out.

The BMW team at New Motors have always been easy to work with, and willing to meet your individual needs. I'm enjoying my new 11 535i xdrive. These guys do a great job, and it's refreshing to have a long-term relationship with your dealership. Great job guys.
