4/13/22 I have a 2019 tiguan i stop to the service dept. almost a month ago to show them that my driver side door lock would not lock it would just click like it was trying but you could lift the outside handle and it would open . This happens randomly so I was glad i could get there while it was doing it. I showed her you could hit the inside lock button, the outside lock on the door handle and the key fob and nothing will lock it. I am grateful for the help I got from Kevin Yaros to get new car, and actually also to sell my old VW 2018 with only few months warranty left which had over 25% credit loan interest rate. Kevin was able to offer me new VW2021 with 7 years warranty and 4.5% interest rate credit for the same price a month I would be paying my 5 year loan on old VW 2018. Adam Yingling thank you for the best car-buying experience I have ever had since my first new car purchase in 1984 (before you were born, Adam). Ordered my 2022 Subaru Outback on March 2nd and it was delivered with everything I requested on April 2nd. New Motors is the best. They know what they are doing. I will recommend them to everyone.
Eric White was great in helping me find a used car for my teenage son. This is not our first time working with Eric and we will definitely call him when we are looking again. He listened to what we needed and helped us through the whole process and even checked in when the service department was doing some last minute work for us. The Service Department also went above and beyond to help make the experience easy.
