Andrew was such a pleasure to work with. We stopped in to browse a couple months ago and he offered us a booklet explaining the car we were looking at and his business card. I’ve bought many cars, both new and used. I always appreciate a salesperson that makes what can be a very stressful situation easy. Often the treatment by the salesperson is a direct reflection of the dealership as a whole. From beginning to end it was a great experience. From Corey to Nicole, service, and the ‘detailers’ I felt well treated, respected and offered a fair deal for my trade and my new VW.
This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had in 37 years. New Motors is very professionally run and the sales team is so experienced in ever aspect of the vehicle. Mike Francis was able to answer all questions we had and gave us so much information, it was easy to decide on buying a new Outback. We would recommend visiting New Motors and asking for Mike.
Kyle was great to deal with answering all our questions.He also made test drives an enjoyable experience . But the best part was his no pressure attitude He let the product do the selling . Everyone involved with the sale made everything very easy.
When I arrived at the the dealership I was uncertain what I wanted and I had a lot of questions about buying a new Subaru. Stephen was extremely patient with all of my questions, and informative with all of his responses. Let me start that I am on my 9 th Outback. We had to order our last outback as the eye sight was hard to get in 2015. We drove down to New Motors , you had almost the perfect outback but with the larger motor. Our girls live in Cherry Hill, NJ so we went an visited the Subaru headquarters. They helped us get our outback. It just wasn’t meant to be at that time for us to get our car at New Motors Subaru.
