This is my second vehicle from New Motors. Steve was great to deal with. He knows everything about Subaru's line up. He took the time to really explain everything about every car I asked about.
I've known Steve for some time. When my Honda was ready to be replaced, there was only one person I knew I could trust to treat me fairly and that person is Steve Kolenda. I gave Steve an idea of what I was looking for and a price range. He obviously wanted to point out some of their high end models, but when I explained my needs and situation, he was right on board. Buying a car is not amoung my favorite things to do. The treatment I received at New Motors was delightful. My salesman was knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was patient with my “pickyness” and found the exact car that I wanted. The finance person was also delightful! The process of purchasing my new car was maybe on hour.......PAINLESS! Keith took lots of extra time with me explaining all the options my new car offered and set up my music and phone. I will highly recommend the team at New Motors.

Right in the door, we got a great salesman. Kyle was able to meet all our needs and wishes for our new car. A very personable young man and we would highly recommend him. Will definitely consider him again when looking to get another car in the future.
Seth was helpful and friendly. Gave me a reasonable amount for my trade, nothing tremendous, but within a couple 100 of what I was hoping for. Overall I imagine I did close enough to what I would have done elsewhere for a new car, and it saved me driving to the next nearest Subaru dealer. We'll see how things go from a service and support perspective from here on out.
Buying a new car is usually never easy. Seth and the whole new Motors team made the buying experience Pleasant without the pressure this is the second vehicle we've purchase through New Motors and it will not be our last.
