no grief or aggravation, in and out in a time frame I liked. Folks were all friendly and helpful. Test drive was on roads that represented all kinds of driving .

Recently purchased a VW Passat from New Motors. Andrew Bargielski was my salesman and he was prompt to greet my husband and me when we pulled into the lot, friendly, professional, attentive on every level. He thoroughly answered all my questions and best of all, he knew the product. I would certainly ( and already have!!) recommend him and New Motors to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle.

This was our first experience with Internet sales and the team at New Motors made it as easy as possible. We received prompt replies to our queries, and they worked hard to get the price we could afford for the low mileage used vehicle we wanted to buy. Although we live out of state, We would definitely buy another vehicle from New Motors and have recommended them to our friends.

I had a deposit on another vehicle down the street and just stopped in. I was met by Dan Lynch who was warm and welcoming and hec walked the parking lot with me explained everything and answered all of my questions. We had a strange buying situation in that I was trying to buy a car while in town for my mother and she was in the hospital and unable to come to the dealership. Mike made it as easy as possible and was willing to come to the hospital to sign the paperwork and deliver the car. I dropped by the dealership Thursday night and he delivered the paperwork and the car on Friday. He was super responsive and kind. What should have been a difficult situation was made easy. We can not thank him enough!
