This is our first Subaru and Mike made it a great experience! Walked us through our Outback twice to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle. He's very personable but not pushy. Nicole in finance was very nice also and definitely knew her job and she walked us through it quickly. We would recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru.

I recently leased a 2017 Subaru WRX. Steve Lobaugh was very attentive to what options I wanted instead of having me look at things he new I wouldn't be interested in. He made the deal super easy and it led to an easy signing. He even bought my wife and I some sweet Subaru tshirts. Also, Ms. Nicole made the signing process a breeze. She also sold me the rim and tire warranty that should help this being my all year daily driver.

We are very happy with our new 2017 Subaru Outback. We went in for an oil change, and came home with a new car! This is the 3rd one we have purchased from New Motors. Steve Dillon was very knowledgeable and helpful when looking at the new Outbacks. He was very personable and took time to help us understand all the new things the car has to offer as compared to our 2012. With his help and Allen Yingling in Finance , we feel we got a good deal.

We are very happy with our 2017 Subaru Forester. In fact we are already considering buying another one! Tony was very informative and provided the type of friendly sales that makes buying a new vehicle a pleasure and not a hassle. I looked at the various vehicle brands available. It looked to me that Subaru makes a quality product with good features and good reviews.

I had.a BMW purchased in another location and now living in Erie I have been servicing my car at New Motors and had nothing but professional and exceptional care from Mark in the service department. That had an important impact on my decision to go back to New Motors. Looking to trade in and and purchase I was very impressed with Dan Lynch the salesman. He was exceptional telling me about the car without pressure ( which usually turns me away) he even came in on a day off so I could test drive.
