In a nutshell, our recent experience at New Motors couldn't have been any better or gone any smoother. From our initial internet contact, to our sales experience, and finally closing everything was stress and hassle free. We had performed our research before coming to the dealership, and had settled on a Subaru Forester as our choice. Previously we had purchased a Volkswagen Jetta TDI from New Motors and had positive experience. We were once again rewarded with friendly and knowledgeable staff, who works with us in a low pressure environment to strike a deal that we were all happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to work with Tony and Allen if they were in the market for a new vehicle.
I am a first time Subaru visitor, driver and buyer. My experience with Shane and Nicole was "top class" and after a few days with the Outback I had only one negative comment --- I programed the garage door opener and discovered that at night the symbols for open/close are not visible ! The vehicles' ride and response are GREAT ! I will recommend others to visit Shane.

We are now a first time Subaru customers. The experience in dealing with New Motors, especially our sales rep, Mike Francis made purchasing our vehicle easy and enjoyable. Mike was very, very knowledgeable, helpful and likable. We never had a question that Mike couldn't answer. Allen in finance was also very pleasant and competent. I don't think I have ever enjoyed the car purchasing experience as much.
The team down at New Motors has pretty much perfected the car buying experience. They have taken something so grueling and painful and made it into something that is not so bad. We really appreciated their help and and ease at making our purchase of our new Subaru. Our sales rep. Tony Confer was great, he was knowledgeable about our vehicle we were purchasing and explained everything well , and we told him what we could do and he made it happen for us this was our first experience here and it was great.
