I worked with Dan Lynch on the purchase of a used VW CC and he was extremely helpful every step of the way. I am not always an easy person to work with but I felt at ease and we were able to work out everything. From the test drive on, Dan was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to go home with the car of my dreams with the knowledge that the sales team at New Motors cares about the customer and will go the extra mile to ensure they do everything they can for the customer.

Tony Confer provided great service to us from test drive to driving the car off the lot. He was responsive and prompt to any and all of our requests and questions. Tony even spent most of his day off contacting us to make sure evrything was being handled for us ok as we made arrangements to get the vehicle a few days later. When we went to pick the car up on that following Saturday we were greeted promptly by Tony who introduced us to Allen who would be doing our paper work. This was my first Subaru. Tony took the time to show me all the options.Tony was also in no hurry to just sell me one. I must have changed my mind on different options many times to get what I wanted with the price I could deal with.

We really had a good experience at New Motors. We did extensive research on the vehicle we wanted, but learned many new things that we were unaware of. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and engaging. The staff worked with us to achieve a payment we were comfortable with. I look forward to dealing with New motors in the future .

Went on my Day off of work to give my info, and on the same day, I gotten approved, I don't have good credit and it says what it is, Guaranteed Credit Approval and was surprised that I only had to put down a low down payment under 1000, Mindy was very professional, didn't push me to buy the first car I saw and with all the cars that was in that price range I gotten, I know I gotten the best deal for the car I picked, great smooth service, will recommend this dealer to everyone.
