"This is the third car I have purchased from Lou Bachrodt..." This is the third car I have purchased from Lou Bachrodt and Sam Ferrille was my salesman every time. He is very easy to work with and makes every effort to help me get what I need or want. He also took the time to show me all the features available in my new car and set up the OnStar account. Fil Sotomayor was also very easy to work with in the finance dept. He was very thorough explaining all the financial choices regarding the purchase of the car.

"I tried 3 other dealerships and ended up back here...." I tried 3 other dealerships and ended up back here. Salesman Al Luna once again came through for me. Took a couple of weeks but for good reason. The first truck i was interested in did not pass Bachrodt's inspection.
