"overall good" Michael Hall was great, Made process fun. My only issues is the paperwork side of it. When doors were open I can see why paperwork would take more then 2 hours. Not that I agree, with it, and hate buying a new car every 8 years. Now doors are locked and it still took up to 2 hours for paperwork, with an 800+ score
