"Friendly and Helpful " Good customer service and very helpful. I had previously leased and bought two new Chevy’s from them before. Helped and worked with my wife and I to get the car we wanted. They stayed almost two hours after closing so we could get the car that night.

"2019 Chevy Equinox" I have purchased previous vehicles from Lou Bachrodt Automall. Again this purchase and salesman was an excellent experience. Working with Prosper Rubino was excellent. "Jetta!" Went to look at cars and did not get harassed by any salesman which was great. Was simply asked what I was looking for and was told to ask if any questions after being showed a few cars. Let me think about a car I wasnt 100% sure about by letting me drive it a few days. Wonderful service!
