"Great service" Previously I didnt have the greatest experience at this location but after working with Gabriel I can say I will be back for future purchases. Gabriel took time and was actually really knowledgable about the vehicles that I was interested in. You could tell he has a passion for vw / audi vehicles. I could ask him a question about comparing the models and each package available and without hesitation he could explain to me in great detail the differences which is nice. "Buying 2019 VW Tiguan " Came in looking for 2016 BMW X1 which was unable to be sold at this time due to recall. Lionel suggested 2019 VW Tiguan. Test drove one that day and came back with my husband about a week later. Lionel was very friendly and knowledgeable about the VW and he was also very accommodating and patient as I had my one year old daughter with me both times we came to test drive the car. overall a great experience

"Amazingly fast, they care here !" Tj an Lionel did a wonderful job and had me in and out of the place in a brand new car quickly. They made sure even after the purchase that we were satisfied with our purchase. They really care here even after you leave and never forget a sale. The service here is something you won't experience at other dealerships and I'll probably never go anywhere else for a car, or to have my car serviced.

"This was such a low/no pressure experience, I was very..." This was such a low/no pressure experience, I was very pleasantly surprised. Kama was my sales person and she has to be heaven sent. She was friendly, courteous, personable and genuine. I kept waiting for her to bring on the high pressure goons, but it really never happened. Everyone that I dealt with at this dealership has been friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this dealership and absolutely recommend Kama! I believe I've made some new friends.

"It was excellent and an easy process" I was trying to buy a new car for college to get to and from. I was able to test drive a few cars and I was not rushed to make a decision. I left later that night to test drive other cars at other dealers but the next morning I went back and got the Chevrolet Malibu and I am extremely happy with it. I strongly recommend buying any car at Lou Bachrodt!
