"Communication via phone, text, and email leading to sale" The sales representative, Seth was great. He was responsive and respectful. He made sure to communicate the whole process and every step. He and the sales team made it comfortable to do business remotely. The sales process was very easy, almost too easy.,,,,.it was weird how easy it was.

"The best we've ever had!" Buying a car can be stressful. Our salesperson, Jenny, made it a pleasant experience. Her interaction with us was low key (perhaps she sensed that's best for us), professional and totally knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. A friend admired our car the first day Bill drove it. The friend bought the same model a short time ago, from Bachrodt's! Bill asked who his salesperson was. It was Jenny! They agreed she does a great job.. Thanks, Jenny!

"Excellent" Lionel was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was kind and honest. Since I purchased my car, a few questions have come up and I always get a quick response. I can't wait to come back and purchase another VW! Thanks guys!

"Excellent service!" I stopped by considering trading in my Jeep, but wasn’t expecting to find anything I liked in my price range. Kamalani helped me find 3 cars right away, and then put me in my dream truck. They worked with me in finding options that fit my budget, and I couldn’t be happier with the truck. We’ll for sure be back to buy a van for my wife. I also have to give a shout out to Fil Sotomayor in the finance department. Whatever you guys are paying him, it isn’t enough! He was a rock star.

"Super easy staff and so helpful!" I wasn’t sure about what car I wanted to buy, but Joe was right there and helped guide me along. We took the 2019 Jetta SEL for a test drive and everything he said made me want to buy that car! He explained all the cool things about it and showed me how they worked. Fil was also super nice and did his best to cut me a great deal. Both Fil and Joe were super easy to work with and made me laugh! I would highly recommend service from both of them!
