Was looking to lease a car and the choice was between BMW and Benz. Pciked BMW because it has all the features I needed. Shirly Chen and Priscila Tsun were very helpful in helpping finding the right car for me. So basically the process goes like this 1. Tell them what I need 2. They find the right car 3 test drive 4. Wait for paper work to finsh 5. Pick up the car and go. Simple and easy. I like it.
George Fan was great. Took care of my car right away when I had a problem and kept me updated at all times, even after hours. Will certainly be back.
Driving a BMW is a privilege. It truly is the ultimate driving machine. Yet, just as equally important is having a service department that keeps it that way. I've been fortunate enough to have met Angelo, the shop manager, at BMW Bayside. There is something to be said when you can entrust your car with someone. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I was concerned about costs, looked it up, and they had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. I've had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs.
The service department is excellent & efficient. The staff is very professional and provides excellent customer service. They make it easy to set an appointment & the service is performed in a timely manner.
I love coming to this location to get my car maintenanced. I ONLY go there for service help from MELISSA! She will literally go out of here own way to you. I always have one million questions and need answers she's always there to asssit me. I went there before and had another employee help with my car a couple months back I did NOT get the attention I wanted for my car I was very upset when I left the gentleman seemed like he was in a rush to get me out kind brush everything I had to say. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I was assisted by George Fan and he was exceptionally helpful and informative. The needed repairs were provided quickly and efficiently.
