Good dealership. Jenn was helpful and answered my questions. If she didn't know she would ask the mechanics and get back to me. The loaner was very nice, a 2014 328xi. Still, I missed my x5 diesel that got similar mileage to a tiny gas car :) Just educate yourself, be an interactive customer. I work in a repair job in an industrial environment and I myself am open to answering questions too. Sometimes if you don't ask a question, we all miss the problem in the first place. My experience at BMW Bayside, the moment i walked into the dealership, the people were very professional and easy to talk to. Came in looking for a 335 after my last one got toatled, Dennis was quick to help. Not only did he find the perfect car for me but he also put through all the paperwork extremely fast and i was able to drive off the lot that day! Dennis went above and beyond what i expected , the next time I or any of my friends go buy a another car itll 1000% be with Dennis, id recommend that if anyone is gonna buy a car to definitely go to him cause the customer service experience was unparalleled to any other dealership!

Great service today without an appointment. George, my service adviser was professional, pleasant and accurate regarding length of service and service requirements. Comfortable lounge, clean, nicely appointed restrooms and fresh ground coffee with bagels. Great. Keep up the good work!
