Dennis Cropley was very professional and knowledgeable salesman the experience was great and he wasn't your typical pushy salesman I will be recommending this dealerships to all my family & Friends
upon delivery of the car the back deck brake light didn't work, the check tire pressure alert was on, I think these are items that would be reviewed and corrected during the NYS inspection. Also, there was no trunk deck cover over the spare tire and no floor mats. When I went to the gas station to add air to the tires I noticed they are very worn and I will most likely have to replace them soon. Flo was very nice and professional. We were treated very well at this dealership. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with our purchase and my husband is very particular and picky!! Talking with him that day we felt like we knew him for a while, he was very friendly! He also went out of his way to find the second key for the car we purchased and called us the next day. I have just recently closed out a deal and leased a new BMW from the Bayside dealership. The staff is welcoming and my salesperson Dominique Denis was very attentive and helped me choose the right car and features. He answered emails and phone calls promptly and the service was better than other dealerships I have been to in the past. Now that I have the car I am very happy with the choice and will definitely be back to Bayside. Overall pleased!
