This is my second lease from BMW bayside. My first go around was ok at best. Was working with another dealership and decided to give bayside another shot. I was set up with Luis who turned out to be absolutely amazing. He took me on a very lengthy and thorough test drive of the vehicle. I was indecisive as to what car i should buy. I left a message with the receptionist and Dennis returned my call within minutes. We sat and went over my various options and he kept his promise. He's a wonderful, up front and honest person. Highly recommended

After 5 hours of being in the dealer, this gentleman showed no signs desperation. I finally made my decision and got a great deal.
