"Excellent job." I brought my 2019 BMW X3 M40i in for a factory recall for the rear camera ( which was working fine ). I was greeted, checked in, and given my loaner car ( pre-scheduled )and out within a very reasonable amount of time considering how very busy it was in the service area that morning.
