"Professional and fast" the best BMW service center in NY!! they treat your car like its their own car. somehow they are alway booked solid but make room to get my car in asap and get it back promptly.

"Great service with a smile " My X5 needed service and I had a concern with a warranty concern. Frank Trotta our service advise was excellent... vehicle was in for a few days and Dennis was right to to assit when Frank was out. Loaner was excellent. They always make their clients feel welcome and special. Vehicle was done and ready when promised Never an issue at Rallye especially when Frank and Dennis are there.

"Very friendly" I purchased my car from Rallye and I wouldn't service it anywhere else. Scott Robinson made my service experience fast and easy. He has been my service advisor for several years and I think he's the best.
