"Great Service Managers - Poor Delivery" My Service Advisors (I had two but I dont remember their names) were both very informative. Great at the upsell and left me feeling well taken care of. However when I received my car it had a few issues: 1. I had my front tints removed and the crumpled up tint paper was still in my car on my seat instead of in the trash. 2. "Outstanding service at Rallye" Rallye BMW Service is outstanding. They make the end to end process painless and efficient from the drop off and getting a courtesy car thru communication and pickup at the end. The dealer did a comprehensive review of the vehicle . They found a few issue which were all cover under warrantee. I would recommend this dealership.
