"Not bad" Location is great, service is good.. I don't like the fact of little charges returning on a lease, when I spend another 70K for another vehicle with you.

"Routine service " Service is always top notch from the efficient drop off , arranging for a loaner car and pick up of my awesome clean car, I know that the I am at the best service dealership. Staff are friendly accommodating and knowledgeable. Have been using Rallye for several years bypassing other dealerships that are closer to my residence. "Great customer service" I brought my 535 for a tire repair. I was given a loaner and had the car back by the end of the day. My customer rep. Chy went above and beyond. I had left something in the loaner and Chy did everything he could to make sure it was in a safe place until I was able to pick it up. Nothing but the best at Rally. Thanks again.

"My experience with Brandon Tibblals was excellent as always." We are long time customers of Rallye BMW and lease 3 cars from Rallye. I went to Rally for a very badly damaged tire but need the car repaired fast. Had the i3 towed to Rally then called Brandon Tibbals to to explain the situation. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty with getting the insurance and working with your technicians to get the car to me quickly and efficiently. Extremely great service. Thank you Rallye!

"Perfection " My recent visit to Rallye BMW was amazing. From the time I pulled up at the location to the time I returned to pick up my car the next day. The loaner was ready for me as soon as I got there. My car was ready the next day. I recently visited BMW of Freeport and had a negative experience, which is what prompted me to try another dealership.

"Professional service, friendly enviroment" Everyone at Rallye was helpful, professional, and timely. Mr Romano was the perfect service advisor. We were given a great loaner vehicle while both of our BMW'S were being serviced. Our cars were ready ahead of the deadline. The whole experience was perfect.
