"Great service and good people!" I showed up without an appointment at 6:45 AM; I was from out of town and had an all day meeting I couldn't miss. The took me right in, asked if I needed a ride or loaner, and they provided me a new 430 to take to my meeting. "Quick courteous service. " Everyone on site presented with excellent customer service. From the moment I entered the service garage until my car was ready, I was met with friendly helpful staff. While having trained mechanics are very important, the first person your customers see should, and in Ralleye's facility, are representative of quality care and concern for customers comfort.

"5 star" The experience was easy, professional and efficient from getting the appointment to picking up my vehicle. Brett took care of my service, Chris came out and made sure all was well as I have been using him since he started at Rallye and Adam, who has also been my service rep came to make sure I was happy. Had a great loaner. My car was fixed properly, quickly and was clean. What more could one ask for?
