"Always a wonderful car service experience " Service apppointments always prompt and completed as stated. Never pushy selling additional service once you are not interested. Always get worked up about aforementioned but has not happened

"Simple service " Good service, free nys inspection a plus, my service rep, Carol, is great. I always ask for her. One area of improvement, rallye quotes a time for the work, but it always takes longer... and this was a simple oil change. Quote longer, and deliver quicker is better.

"Honest and great service" Came to this dealership a couple months ago and would have written an opposite review until I met my salesman Darren. He was straight forward no back and forth with the price, told me what his best was right up front. His honesty had me lease a 2019 x3 the same day I saw it. I usually go a couple times before I get a car from a dealership but he was on point and made me sign there and then. "Quick and efficient. " I told the Service man I was going on a long distance ride and needed a check of breakers, oil levels and anti freeze. Had maintenance on the brakes and brake fluid and the car ran like a champ. No worries.
