"always prompt and efficient..." The service department is the main reason I use Rallye ! I never have to wait too long for anything and a loaner car is always provided if the job can't be completed in a reasonable time. Everyone is courteous and the cafe a great place to read ther paper and enjoy a free coffee and bagel! Any time I had a problem, the service manager took extra care with me. The whole operation is run top notch.

"Great experience!!" Rallye BMW #1 dealership in my opinion!! Picked up a new X5 for my wife from Gabriel Hale. What a easy experience overall dealing with the staff from drop off of my old lease to learning about the new one. I reccomed them to anyone interested in purchasing a new/used BMW.

"Outstanding Service manager" I had brought in my bmw recently and was greeted by very qualified attendants , I then me my service manager Carol Muniz who took care of every issue I was having with my car.
