The communication from the service manager was excellent! I was updated continually on the work needed on my car and when my vehicle would be ready.
Carol Muniz , my service advisor, is always there and ready to help with a friendly smile. Her dedication and willingness to listen to clients concerns is always appreciated. SHE IS THE BEST.
I worked with Darren Thomsen and he was really great! Very good and quick service. I was able to get a wonderful BMW at a good price and Darren really worked with me to get me the car I wanted. Darren was also extremely responsive no matter what time I called/emailed him and was very quick to get everything finalized. The pickup was also very quick and easy and the BMW genius who helped me was very kind. Highly recommend this dealership and Darren!

They Never cleared my computer after doing the service. Now gotta make another trip to get computer message cleared for the service that was done.
My car was totaled in a storm when a tree fell on it. I was traumatized and had to deal with a plethora of things immediately after the incident. Rallye BMW employees helped me find the perfect certified preowned vehicle within a week and financed my current loan at a reasonable rate. They assured me that I would be taken care of... and I was. I was given the true “Red Carpet Treatment.” Kudos to the entire Rallye BMW sales, service and management team!
Have been servicing my BMWS at Ralley for over 3 years. Great and knowledgable friendly staff. They really aim to satisfy. Have a good selection of loaner vehicles at the ready.
I am not kidding. We’ve been to many dealerships over the years and they are all the same. Rallye is different, they are the best!! They treat each customer with respect. We’ve dealt with many salesmen over the years and Brian Cano is the best!! He really listens and works with you to get the BEST deal possible!!! He’s kind, respectful, patient and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend dealing with Brian and I would definitely recommend going to Rallye BMW!!
This was my third time needing service on my BMW at your service center, and once again the staff was great- especially Dennis! From start to finish he was very professional, polite, empathetic and kind. He once again made my experience an excellent one!
