Great experience and everyone was very professional. Was a luxurious experience. From the manner in which contract and other documents were signed through the delivery of the vehicle, which was garaged while the features were demonstrated.

The appointment for detailing of my car was at 8:30am. When I drove into the service area I was greeted with a very friendly staff who asked if I wanted coffee or water and they got to work right away. They took pictures of the entire car and the paperwork was ready for the service advisor (Frank) who asked me for the contact information, took down the special coupon pricing and informed me that the loaner car is being prepared for me. Above all, as is usually the case, Carol Clarke Muniz, my Service Advisor was simply outstanding.
