I leased my very first BMW at Rallye BMW (2017X1), best customer service by far!!! See Mr. Hodge (manager)and Gabriel (sales professional). They answered all questions with patience, whether it was technical or superficial.
I and my wife have been extremely satisfied with leasing our cars with the help of Robert Wachsman at Rallye Motors. Yesterday was the 6th car we have leased using his expertise and we greatly appreciate the knowledge, patience and understanding that continue to fascilitate a great experience. I picked my 2017 X3 Xline Model in Mineral White Metallic and Mocha leather interior (great combo) on August 26, 2017, what an exciting day! Larry Kim was my salesperson, he was great. I had several issues with my BMW which Rallye BMW fixed the first time. Additionally, Bret and the Rallye BMW team needed to contact BMW USA to get a approval for a goodwill item. I am very happy they went above and beyond to fix my car.
Chy is an absolute value to rallye bmw. The best ive ever dealt with. I always feel important and that my issues will be addressed when I deal with Chy. I refuse to deal with anyone else.
I have had my fair share of receiving service from various dealerships and I have to say hands down that Adam had been THE best SA I have ever worked with. It resonated a lot about the customer service of this dealership when I met with Adam -- he is extremely polite and really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. Not only is the customer service stellar, but I must take my hat off to Jason Moy. I have never had someone at a dealership be so intuitive in finding what I was looking for.
