My first BMW. Pierre made the experience so easy. From meeting him, the test drive, the negotiations and one, two, three and I had the car. He is not a high pressure salesman. It was I who after meeting and speaking with him wanted to lease the car only from him. I plan to continue to drive BMWs, and use this dealership and of course only get my cars from Pierre.
No matter the time, or issue, I ALWAYS receive service and am always provided with a loaner vehicle. Adam thoroughly explains the issue before going forward with the repair. He goes over what is covered under warranty and if not, what I can do to solve the issue in the least costly way. Thank you for exceptional service Adam!
Adam is by far the best service advisor I've had the pleasure of working with. I had a noise problem and he spent 3 days doing everything to find and eliminate it. It was difficult, but he found and corrected it to my satisfaction. He constantly kept in touch with me and told me the problems he encountered.
This was my 3rd visit for this problem in the last one year and my first contact with Jonathan Szypot. He was professional and affable and kept me informed of the progress frequently. I will be using him as my advisor from now on since I didn't have a good experience previously.
Adam sets the standard high when it comes to customer service in the auto industry. From start to finish of all of my service needs, he always manages to make the process as seamless as possible. A most recent example was when I e-mailed him with an issue I was having with my engine in the morning and he made accommodations for me to get a loaner within an hour. Adam Romano is definitely the best service adviser in Rallye, he always goes above and beyond to help with your needs. Every time i bring my car in for service, i know have nothing to worry about because i know Adam will take care of me. As a returning customer to Rallye this year I can say with certainty another great experience! I was contacted by Peter's assistant Samantha letting me know I could renew my lease early. To my delight I started to think about what a treat that would be for my wife since she primarily drives the car. I wanted to make it a surprise.
