Adam Romano is THE guy to go to if you drive an BMW M performance car. I have very specific requirements about how the car is handled (no wash, no test drive, and dont look at the car for more than 3 seconds consecutively). I recently brought in my 2016 X1 cuz the car told me that the brake pads needed to be replaced. My service advisor Jonathan Szypot also informed me that my wheel alignment needed to be done as well as a fuel injection flush. He didn't put any pressure on me to get either and was very quick to answer my questions about the alignment. He was also good about texting me with the status of my car.
My service advisor Jonathon Szypot, was great. He communicated with me throughout the day to keep me in the loop, and my car was ready when promised .
I have had various BMW's serviced for the past 30 years with dealers all over the country and Rallye BMW's service department is hands down the best in the business. This was the best part of my day. From the welcoming, to the speed and attention of the service department, to the ease of getting a ready loaner car and everyone being so kind, courteous, informative, and quick! Jonathan was amazing, and handled all my concerns, and was extremely communicative. I will definitely start leasing from here, and will recommend to everyone.
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and was seen immediately. I went over everything that was wrong with my vehicle with Jonathan and then he asked me if I would like to be texted with updates on my vehicles status. I, of course, replied "Yes" and I thought this was a terrific way to commute since I would be at work waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Jonathan provided professional service. I asked if I can have my car ready by noon. He took my number and text me at 11:30 to let me know my car was being washed and would be ready by noon. I did not get all the employees names, but every single person was so nice, pleasant and al went above and beyond to help me. Great service team!
Be close to home, the staff is enthusiastic, the attitude is good, can inform the progress situation in time, the procedure is simple, still will choose this in the future
