After dealing with multiple BMW dealers in the tri-state area, I have to say that Peter Diaz is by far one of the best CA's to work with. This was my second BMW I leased through him and I have nothing but positive sentiments. He is not only professional and accommodating, but he makes the whole experience enjoyable. I purchased my X4 from Peter a year ago. The experience was amazing. I had a bad experience with an old Rallye sales person years ago and never went back. I than was told by a friend to go to the BMW dealership in Tenefly, where I've been a loyal customer for years. Since I live near the Westbury location, I decided to go in and check out the new cars since my 5 series was almost up. I was introduced to Peter and he made the experience amazing! Gabriel Hale is an excellent listener. It is because of Gabe that I bought my first BMW. I truly appreciated how Gabe took the time to listen. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, followed up with me, and was very timely when responding to some follow up questions that I had. I knew I could count on him. I had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW. As soon as I drove in, the valet team was fast and efficient with a minor hiccup: I asked for Carol Clark Muniz, but the gentleman called Bret, which was awesome because I was able to meet such a good man. Received very courteous assistance as soon as we arrived. Within minutes were given loaner and were on our way. Upon return waited only very short time and car was ready, in immaculate condition, questions answered, and we were headed back home.
Bob is one of the best salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
