They were on time, had a loaner available and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Left with the smile and satisfied. Good people work there.
Adam is a personal and professional fellow. He acted promptly and courteously. The engine still seems to be running a little roughly but we are giving it some time, as we were directed. WIn general the rest of the staff were professional an courteous.

Excellent, the service dept took care of me right away. I waited for my car. The issue could not be resolved at no fault to Rallye. This is a BMW issue which they are aware of.

Dealership provided an excellent loaner while fixing a residual problem with the coolant. They identified correctly that the car was still under warranty. Hopefully, this issue is finally solved
I didn't buy my car at least his dealership but I wish I had. Very professional. The car was serviced quickly while I sat in the cafe and had breakfast.
